There was a moment in my day yesterday that was perfect.
After spending a few hours grocery shopping and cleaning up I was taking a break on my bed with Gabe and Lydia. As we sat and talked, Lydia all of a sudden spit her binky out. It went flying through the air like a rocket. I laughed so hard! Then Gabe started to laugh and Lydia followed. In a matter or seconds all three of us were hysterical. We laughed for a couple of minutes.
Then Gabe and Lydia both had the hiccups.
It seems so simple and stupid, but it was perfect. That is what life is about. Finding joy in all of the little things. A moment of pure laughter.
