Escape Button

Somedays I wish that in life we had an Esc button. My keyboard has one why can't I? I would just love to push that button and escape. Just for an hour or so.

"Popsicles"

Today Gabe said that he wanted a Popsicle. I told him that he could go and get one out of the freezer.

Jon had come home for lunch and he and I were laying on the floor talking.

I knew that Gabe couldn't get into the big freezer where the Popsicles were without help. I decided to see what he would do. When he couldn't get out into the garage he decided to check the inside freezer.

Most of the time when he gets in the freezer he pulls out the ice packs.

This time was different.

He came over to where we were lying on the floor talking. Before we could see him he said,"I don't like this."

I looked over to see in his hand was a BIG frozen steak. Apparently he doesn't like raw meat.

Ew!

The water park

There is a park that is relatively close to our house. It is really big and there are lots of fun fountains for the kids to play in. Gabe loves it.

First Foods

Lydia started eating rice cereal last week. She loves it. She now wants to try everything that we are eating. Sometimes she gets really mad at us when we dont share!

Painted Toenails

Aunt Chelsea painted Lydia's toenails for the 1st time last week.

Erin The Baron

When I was little my grandpa would always tease me and call me Erin the Baron. I hated it. I would tell him, "I am not Erin the Baron. I am just Erin." His reply was always, "Ok just Erin."

This would go on for awhile until I gave up or walked away.

Jon will call me Erin the Baron on occasion to tease me. I never knew that Gabe had picked up on this until this morning.

We were getting ready for the day and Gabe dropped something. I dont remember what but he asked for help. I helped him. His response was, "Thanks! Erin the Baron!" I couldnt stop laughing.

Now he has been calling me Erin the Baron all day:)

Sprinklers

Tub Time
