I knit this sweater for Lydia. It was supposed to be for Easter but it is a little big on her. Hopefully it will fit her in the fall. I think it turned out dang cute.

The Friday before Easter Gabe got to spend the night at Aunt Chelsea's house. He had so much fun! I met up with them on Saturday morning at the doughnut shop. Chelsea also brought a friend for Gabe named Alexis. Then we went to the Easter Egg hunt. Gabe loved it. However, i didn't get one picture of him looking at the camera.

The same day that we went to the Boise Depot we went to Ann Morrison. There were so many ducks and geese. There was also a brave little squirrel who had odbviously been fed way to much by people. It would come up and eat right out of our hands. Gabe LOVED it!

A few weeks ago on a Saturday night I decided that we needed to get out of the house. We drove down to the Boise Depot. Gabe has been before but not since last fall. He had so much fun and loved looking at "BIG MIKE", the steam engine that is parked at the Depot. Unfortunately the Depot was closed so we couldn't go inside. The Monday after we went back and we were able to go inside and got to go up to the bell tower. It was lots of fun. As you can see from Lydia's face she enjoyed it too!:)

Chicks-Happy Easter!

 

 

 

 

A few weeks back my dad decided to get some chicks. He works out in Mountain Home with numerous people who raise their own chickens. After a lot of research he ended up buying 8 chicks. 4 are his and 4 are going to be my sister's when they finish building their house. Over the past few weeks we have had so much fun going over and holding them. I can't believe how fast they have grown! I don't have any good pictures of when my dad had just got them.

Gabe loves to read books. The other day I was at Kohl's and they had the book the Lorax for $5 so I got him a copy of it. I had got a copy of the dvd awhile back. He loves it. I got a cute video of him talking about it but I can't figure out how to load it.
