4 Year Anniversary

Yesterday we celebrated our 4 Year Anniversary! Thanks to my wonderful sister in laws, Jon and I were able to spend a day without our kids. We went to Shadow Valley Golf course and hit a bucket of balls. Then we went up in the hills in the Jeep. We watched a really awesome movie called (500) Days of Summer. And, finished out the day at the Mona Lisa Fondue Restaurant. It was awesome! Maybe next year we can ditch the kids for a whole night and get away!

I just posted the rest of our Denver trip. We had such a good time. Now it is back to reality. Jon is in search of a new job. If anyone knows of anything please let us know. He has been working in Commercial Real Estate but has a degree in Finance. It will be interesting to see where our life will lead us.

The White Fenced Farm

One of our favorite restaurants growing up was the White Fenced farm. It is in Lakewood. It was a little farm that they started a restaurant on and they have continued to expand it ever since. They have animals that you can feed and a big playground. The food is pretty good and served family style.

Pearl Street Mall in Boulder,CO

Our last day we decided to go to Boulder to show Jon the Pearl Street Mall. My dad worked in Boulder for awhile and we went to the Pearl Street Mall a few times and thought it was a lot of fun. We had fun walking around. As always there were lots of street performers. We gave Gabe some change to give to a man playing a saxophone. He went up and dropped it in the saxophone instead of in the case. It was pretty funny. Thankfully the man laughed and easily got the money out.

Casa Bonita

While in Denver we went to Casa Bonita. I had only been there once as a kid while we lived there. It is a huge restaurant with divers and little shops inside. Most of our pictures didnt turn out because it is pretty dark inside. Gabe loved it. The food was not good but the entertainment was fun.
